This site is operated by 北京问道行文旅科技有限公司 and presents cross-border medical coordination information under the China Medical Tour brand.
2. Service scope
We provide consultation, translation, medical-institution matching, appointment and travel coordination. We do not provide diagnosis or treatment. The exact product scope confirmed before payment controls.
3. Products and fees
- Standard Coordination and Translation Service: ¥700 CNY, one-time service fee.
- Professional Report Review Service: ¥1,400 CNY, one-time service fee.
- Proxy Consultation and Hospital Coordination: ¥2,800 CNY, one-time service fee.
4. Medical boundary
The company is not a medical institution and does not provide examinations, diagnosis, treatment, medicine, prescriptions, or specialist medical opinions. Hospital and other medical-service fees are agreed and settled directly between the client and the relevant medical institution.
5. Client responsibility
Do not send medical records, passports, diagnoses, payment credentials, or other sensitive information through the public site or email.
6. Payment availability
After the service scope is confirmed, staff send the secure payment link for that order.
7. Refunds and revisions
Work begins once payment is processed. The service fee is then non-refundable; where applicable, up to three revisions are included.
