After the service scope is confirmed, staff send the secure payment link for that order.
Service start and refund
Work begins once payment is processed. The service fee is then non-refundable; where applicable, up to three revisions are included.
Scope
This policy applies only to pre-consultation, coordination, translation, and report-review fees charged by the company.
Hospital and third-party fees
Hospital examination, diagnosis, treatment, medicine, transport, accommodation, and other third-party costs are not part of these service fees. Refunds are handled by the actual recipient under its policy.
